Shipping Timeline

Orders process in one or two business days and ship from New York. A tracking number will be issued for your order allowing you to track your shipment’s progress. Delivery times can be estimated follows:

U.S. Shipping via UPS

New York City	1-2 business days
Washington D.C.	1-2 business days
Atlanta	2-3 business days
Houston	3-4 business days
West Coast	4-5 business days
Alaska & Hawaii	5-6 business days

International Shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited

Once shipped, international orders will arrive in 2-4 business days. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel great about your Daniel’s purchase. We offer free returns, including free return shipping for orders within the United States. To initiate a return or exchange for an order within the U.S., please email us at the below email address and we'll be happy to help you get the process started:

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a full refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping costs on your original form of payment within 10 – 14 business days.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, including duties and taxes.
