Orders process in one or two business days and ship from New York City via UPS. Delivery time depends on distance from New York City. Once shipped, delivery times can be estimated as follows:

New York City
Next business day
Washington D.C.

West Coast
4 business days

 A UPS tracking number will be issued for your order allowing you to track your shipment’s progress.

Alaska & Hawaii 

Orders process in one or two business days and ship from New York City via the US Postal Service. Once shipped, orders will arrive in 3 business days. 

A US Postal Service tracking number will be issued for your order allowing you to track your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide and once shipped, will arrive in 1-2 business days.  

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost.

Returns

We want you to feel great about your Daniel’s purchase. If for any reason you want to return your order, just send us an email at support@danielsnyc.com and we will get the process started.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a full refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping costs on your original form of payment within 10 – 14 business days. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on their return items.  

Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, including duties and taxes.
